Free shipping is available for all orders over €59 within Greece.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours.



Product Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition, without any damage, stains, or signs of use, and with all tags attached.

Exchanges can be made for another size, design, or product of equal value.



Free Returns

The first return is free of charge.

Returns can be made within 2 working days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been damaged.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.



Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in cases where the product you ordered is unavailable in your size and cannot be replaced by our store.



Return Conditions

Return Policy

The COMPANY supports online shopping and gives you the chance, through the fully descriptions available on its website, to be privileged to have direct contact with the available products through your screen fast and easy. As we want to point out the benefits of online shopping, we will mention below the terms and conditions of returning defective or not products.

Return Products because of wrong delivery

In all cases, in which other than the bought products are delivered, by wrong type or quantity or there is a missing product which has been previously agreed in writing with the COMPANY, the customer returns the products to examine the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the return costs to the customer are covered by the COMPANY as long as the return method is proposed by the company.

Return of defective products

In the event that the item is found to be defective, if this is confirmed by the company itself, the followings apply:

–  To return the product in order to be replaced, the customer must return all the documents that accompanied the product (i.e receipt etc.) and its complete package. If there is a defect found after delivery and the packaging does not exist or also if the product packaging was missing by the distributors upon delivery of the item, the product packaging is not required.

–  The returning of the products will be done by courier. In cases of return by courier, the COMPANY bears the costs of shipping to the COMPANY and the shipping costs of the replaced product.

– After returning the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then we contact the customer to inform him about the results of the check.

–  If the defect is found as suggested by the customer, the product is replaced, otherwise the transaction is canceled in case the product cannot be replaced in a reasonable time and the Company cannot find another product of similar or better characteristics or equivalent value for replacement. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the initial purchase is made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to the COMPANY.

–  More specifically, in case of charge through credit card, the Company is obliged to inform the bank for the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will make any necessary movement in accordance with the agreement they have with the customer and the company does not bear any longer any responsibility. The COMPANY, following the update to the bank, does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the contract between the customer and the bank. In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the option “collected from the store”, the money will be returned to him / her from the COMPANY store. In case of payment by bank transfer, a reverse bank transfer will be made from the accounts of the COMPANY to the customer.

– In case that the products are returned ruined or missing, the e-shop has the right to ask for compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be defined by the situation of the products and to do that on its own without the agreement of the customer.

Return of products which are thought to be defective upon delivery.

In order to return products that are thought to be defective it must be done within 7 days from the date of delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product should not be destroyed and should have all the files that accompanied it in the first place (i.e. receipt etc.) and full its package. In this case, the followings apply:

–  We take the product in order to check and find the defective problem mentioned by the customer.

–  Under the condition that the products will be received and checked by the company, the replacement of the product will follow with a similar product or in case of non-availability, it will be replaced with another new product of equivalent quality and price. In case that the customer does not want replacement with another product, a refund will be made. The refund will be made in the same way that the purchase occurred from the company.

According to the instruction with No. 2013/11/ΕΚ, which occurred in Greece with KYA 70330/2015, can happen also the possibility of electronic dispute resolution through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) within the European Union.
